The clocks that balance time have ran out of batteries and have gone out of whack!

You are the maintainer of the clocks who replaces their batteries when their time comes.

Your job is to safely get to all the clocks and replace their batteries safely. But be careful! Any hazard that you come across are affected by the rate of time.
